Initiate Your Request
Log into your Aleph ألف account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
